1. Returns
We offer returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Products that have been used or assembled
2. How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and a description of the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and we’ll arrange a return or replacement.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You can expect to see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days after we process it.
Please note:
- If you paid via credit card, your refund may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@texaslawnequipment.shop or (064) 332-1233. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be returned after delivery.
